How renting through Bomleys works

Every home here is listed by the landlord or the agency that manages it, so the rent on the listing is the rent you pay. The deposit and any monthly extras, such as water and garbage, are shown on each listing before you get in touch.

Browsing, saving and comparing homes costs nothing. Most listings are free to act on too: you can see the contact, book a viewing and apply without paying. A few need a search pass first, and the listing tells you when it does.

Once you are accepted, the lease can be signed on Bomleys, and rent goes straight into the landlord’s own M-Pesa paybill or bank account. Bomleys never holds your money.
