No. Bomleys charges 0% commission on rent. Tenants pay into the landlord’s own M-Pesa paybill or bank account, so rent never passes through a Bomleys account and there is nothing for us to take a cut from. What you pay us is a fee for the software, agreed in advance.
Each landlord and agency gets a monthly price agreed for their own portfolio. It depends on how many units you run, whether they are homes or business space, and whether you want a branded website. You are billed for what you run, and the agreed price is written into your workspace before the first invoice.
The first month is free for every new workspace, so you can load your buildings and collect a rent cycle before paying anything.

Browsing, saving and comparing listings is free. Most listings are also free to act on: you see the contact, book a viewing and apply without paying. A small number of listings need a search pass first, and the listing says so before you pay.
Message credit is bought once and never expires. There is no monthly minimum. Each channel starts with a free allowance:
